By accessing or using www.annumhousing.com (the “Site”),you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. These Terms of Service (these “Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Annum, Inc. (“Annum,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Delaware corporation, governing your access to and use of the Site, including allcontent, features, and functionality made available through the Site.

The Site provides general information about Annum and its housing assistance platform, including information directed to municipalities, community-based organizations (“CBOs”), and employers interested in Annum’s programs and services. The Site allows visitors to request information, schedule a demonstration of Annum’s services, and contact Annum through a contact form (collectively, the “Services”).
The Site does not provide housing benefits, financial services, or program enrollment directly. Individuals seeking to access housing assistance programs should refer to the Annum Member App, which is governed by separate terms.
2. Eligibility and Permitted Use
You must be at least 18 years of age to submit information through the Site, including through the contact form or demo request form. By submitting information through the Site, you represent that you have the authority to do so on behalf of yourself or, where applicable, the organization you represent.
Annumgrants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the Site for your personal or internal business informational purposes. This license does not include any right to:
a. Reproduce, distribute,publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Site, except as necessary to view the Site in a standard web browser;
b. Use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering or extraction tools on the Site;
c. Use the Site for any commercial purpose not expressly authorized by Annum; or
d. Frame or mirror any portion of the Site without Annum’s prior written consent.
3. Information You Submit Through the Site

The Site allows you to submit information through forms, including a “Book a Demo” form and a general contactform (collectively, “Submitted Information”). Submitted Information may includeyour name, business or organizational affiliation, email address, phone number,and any additional information you choose to provide.
By submitting information throughany form on the Site, you consent to Annum contacting you using the informationprovided for purposes of responding to your inquiry, scheduling a requested demonstration, and providing related follow-up communications.
b. Accuracy ofInformation
You agree to provide accurate and current information when submitting any form through the Site. Annum is not responsible for any failure to respond to an inquiry resulting from in accurateor incomplete information provided by you.
c. Use of Submitted Information
Submitted Information iscollected, used, and disclosed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at www.annumhousing.com/privacy-policy. By submitting information through the Site, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the Privacy Policy.
4. IntellectualProperty

The Site and all content, features, and functionality thereof, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, case studies, blog content, and the design and compilation thereof, are the exclusive property of Annum or its licensors andare protected by applicable copyright, trademark, trade dress, and other intellectual property laws.
b. Trademarks
“Annum,” the Annum logo, andother marks displayed on the Site are trademarks of Annum. Nothing on the Siteshould be construed as granting any license or right to use any trademark displayed on the Site without the prior written consent of Annum or the applicable third-party owner.
c. Limited License
Except for the limited license expressly granted in Section 2, nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in or to the Site or any content made available through the Site.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including social media platforms, partner resources, or external publications. Annum does not control and is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of any third-party website. The inclusion of a link does not constitute an endorsement by Annum of the linked website or its content. Your use of any third-party website is governed solely by the terms and policies of that third party.
6. Informational Content Disclaimer
All information provided on the Site, including content related to housing programs, eligibility, case studies, and blog articles, is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, or housing advice. Program availability, eligibility requirements, and terms described on the Site are subject to change without notice.
You should not rely on any information provided on the Site as a substitute for direct communication with Annum or with the relevant municipality, CBO,employer, or program administrator regarding current program details.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
No Implied Warranties. Annum disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including without limitation any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
No Warranty of Availability. Annum does not warrant that the Site will be available on an uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free basis, or that any defects will be corrected.
No Warranty of Accuracy. Annum does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or currentness of any information provided on the Site, including information regarding housing programs or eligibility.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
Exclusion of Consequential Damages. In no event will Annum, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the Site,whether based on contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if Annum has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Aggregate Liability Cap. Annum’s total cumulative liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Sitewill not exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00).
Jurisdictional Variations. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion orlimitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, Annum’s liability will belimited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
9. Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify,and hold harmless Annum and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities,damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, and expenses, including reason able attorneys’ fees, arising out of or relating to: (a) your access to or use of the Site; (b) your breach of these Terms; (c) any information you submit through the Site; or (d) your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.
10. Changes to the Site and These Terms
Annum reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue the Site, or any portion thereof, at any time without notice. Annum also reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, the revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance ofthose Terms.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
a. Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site, including non-contractual disputes or claims, will be governed by and construed inaccordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to itsconflict of law provisions.
b. Jurisdiction andVenue
You agree that any legal actionor proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Delaware. You irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue ofsuch courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue in such courts.
12. General Provisions
a. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Annum with respect to your use of the Site and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, whether written or oral, regarding the same subject matter.
b. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect,and the affected provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable.
c. Waiver
No failure or delay by Annum in exercising any right or remedy under these Terms will operate as a waiver of that right or remedy.
d. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without Annum’s prior written consent. Annum may freely assign or transfer these Terms without restriction.
e. No Third-Party Beneficiaries
These Terms are entered intosolely for the benefit of you and Annum. Nothing in these Terms is intended to confer any right or remedy upon any other person or entity.
